Water Confidence

Little to no swimming experience? 

The aim of these swimming lessons is to teach children, with little to no experience, how to be safe in the water and introduce some basic kicking skills. 

The focus for children at this level is to be confident in the water, that means they must be aware how to be safe first and foremost. This will be done through teaching all the core aquatic skills to teach children how to be safe in the water from their first lesson.

• First introduction to lessons
• Building confidence to be safe in the water
• Understand how to be safe without the aid of an instructor
• Getting our faces wet and floating

Teachers will be in the water with the children helping them every step of the way. We provide both group and private lessons at this level with a max ratio of 4 : 1 in group classes.
