Swimming Lessons in Fife

Small group lessons for children aged 3+ who are able to participate independently. Swimmers follow our structured pathway from Water Confidence through to Swim Gold, with a maximum group ratio of 4:1.

One-to-one lessons provide focused tuition tailored to the individual swimmer. Private lessons are available for children and adults, including swimmers who may need additional support or a more personalised approach.

Private adult swimming lessons are available for all abilities, from complete beginners and nervous swimmers through to adults looking to improve technique, fitness or confidence in the water.
