Small group lessons for children aged 3+ who are able to participate independently. With a maximum 4:1 ratio, swimmers follow our structured pathway and progress at their own pace.
One-to-one lessons provide more individual support and can be ideal for nervous swimmers, children with additional support needs, or those who would benefit from more focused tuition.
Our children’s programme follows a structured pathway from Water Confidence through to Swim Gold. Each stage builds on the one before, helping swimmers develop confidence, technique, independence and water safety as they progress.
For children starting their swimming journey and building comfort, confidence and independence in the water.
Learn Bronze, Learn Silver and Learn Gold develop core swimming strokes, water safety and deeper-water skills.
Swim Bronze, Swim Silver and Swim Gold focus on stronger technique, endurance and more advanced swimming skills.
