Direct Debit - Frequently Asked Questions

 Once your Direct Debit mandate is confirmed with your bank, Evolution Swim School will receive an automatic notification. Within 24 hours of this confirmation, we will send you a booking confirmation along with our lesson protocol outlining everything you need to know before your first session.

If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at info@evolutionswimschool.co.uk.

Your swimming lesson agreed payment will be automatically debited from your designated bank account on the 1st of each month with a payment break in July. 

You will receive 40 lessons in a calendar year. Please see term dates, in our locations drop down for more information.

If Evolution Swim School cancels lessons for any reasons your next direct debt will be automatically  adjusted for one month at a reduced rate. 

To cancel your swimming lessons, please email your cancellation notice to info@evolutionswimschool.co.uk at least 21 days before your next scheduled Direct Debit payment.

A grace period applies for new members: while lessons can be cancelled at any time with 21 days’ written notice, if you cancel within the first 3 months, a final pro-rata payment may be required. This ensures all lessons received to date are fully paid for. (more information available within T&C's click here)

All cancellations must be made in writing via email. Your cancellation will be confirmed and take effect from the date your notice is received.

If your Direct Debit payment is due within the 21-day notice period, a final pro-rata payment will be taken to cover the remainder of your notice.
