Parking: No specific rules – please park considerately and follow any onsite signage.

Getting to the pool

Please use the main entrance (as shown in the picture outline below and video above.
From the main entrance, go straight through the double doors.
Follow the signs on the left for the male and female changing rooms.
Proceed through the changing rooms to the small waiting area.

Pre Lesson

You can wait in the small waiting area on poolside up to 5 minutes before your session start time.
Please remove outdoor shoes before entering the pool area.

Changing Rooms

Changing rooms and showers can now be used before and after lessons

The changing rooms are open plan and in male and female split. If a child requires assistance before or after their lesson, please use the changing room according to the supervising adult’s gender.

During Lessons

Once lessons have started, parents/guardians can make their way to the spectator area.
To access the spectator area: from the main entrance turn left and go up the stairs

Post Lesson

Collection is from the poolside waiting area or in the changing rooms if able to change without supervision.
Parents/guardians can come onto poolside up to 5 minutes before the end of the lesson to collect.

Getting to the pool

Access to the community use wing at Inverkeithing High School is made via Hillend Road. Turn left at the fork and continue to the lower car park.

Next make your way into the community building directly across from the lower car park.

Pre Lesson

Please wait in the changing rooms until you are granted access from the poolside supervisor 5 minutes before your lesson start time.

During Lessons

Parents/guardians can take children onto poolside prior to lessons beginning but must not be present on poolside during lesson duration. There is a viewing gallery to watch lessons for the duration.

If the participant needs the toilet during a lesson and needs assistance, the teacher or lifeguard will make you aware so you can take them.

Post Lesson

Once lessons are finished children will be escorted the changing rooms where they can be collected.
