Getting to the pool

Entry can be made either from the front of the school, Abbey Street, or the back of the school, Bland Place:

Bland Place: pass through the car park gates and go through the blue door on your right, this leads directly to the pool.

Abbey Street: there is a small gated entrance at the end of the street. Go through these gates and continue through the next two courtyards, there will be a small set of stairs on your left go down these stairs and the pool entrance is the blue door.

Pre Lesson

Please wait in the corridor outside the pool until you are granted access from the poolside supervisor 5 minutes before your lesson start time.

Changing Rooms

Changing rooms and showers can now be used before and after lessons

Changing rooms are poolside, private cubicles and group changing for those who need assistance from parents/guardians are available. The showers are located on poolside so please be mindful of other lessons once yours have finished as we would like to keep distractions to a minimum

During Lessons

Parents/guardians can take children onto poolside prior to lessons beginning but must not be present on poolside during lesson duration. You will be allowed access 5 minutes before lesson ends to observe.

If the participant needs the toilet during a lesson and needs assistance, the teacher or lifeguard will make you aware so you can take them.

Post Lesson

Once lessons are finished children will be escorted the changing rooms.
