Thank you for setting up your direct debt with Evolution Swim School, below are some frequently asked questions. Please reach us at info@evolutionswimschool.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.

When will payment be taken via Direct Debt ?

Your swimming lesson agreed payment will be automatically debited from your designated bank account on the 1st of each month with a payment break in July.

How many lessons do I receive?

You will receive 40 lessons in a calendar year. Please see term dates, in our locations drop down for more information.

What happens for cancelled lessons?

If Evolution Swim School cancels lessons for any reasons your next direct debt will be automatically adjusted for one month at a reduced rate.

How do I cancel swimming lessons?

You can cancel your direct debit at any time by giving notice via email to info@evolutionswimschool.co.uk no later that the 7th of month to ensure it can be processed before the next payment is due.

Any cancellation must be in writing to info@evolutionswimschool.co.uk

Your cancellation will take effect on receipt of your notice.
