Key Goals and Skills at Swim Silver:

• Mastering Advanced Techniques:
  • Introduction to Tumble Turns: Swimmers will learn, and practice tumble turns to improve speed and efficiency during laps.
  • Race Starts: Developing proper race start techniques to build confidence and precision for competitive settings and personal growth.

• Building Endurance:
  • Swimming 50 meters of front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke continuously with correct form and breathing.
  • Completing 25 meters of butterfly with an emphasis on maintaining proper technique throughout.

• Refining Strokes:
  • Continued focus on the skills and techniques learned in earlier levels, ensuring strokes remain strong and efficient as swimmers build       stamina.
  • Addressing individual areas of improvement to reinforce good habits and prevent long-term issues with form.

• Transitioning to Coached Lessons:
  • Preparing swimmers for a structured coaching environment, with sessions designed to mimic aspects of club training while maintaining a focus on individual growth.
